Delete your Cashilor account
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time, from the app or from this page.
Sign in with the account you want deleted, then come back here.
What gets deleted
- Your member record: name, email or wallet address, picture and member id
- Any exchange connection, including the stored API keys
- Your trade history, capital tracking and dashboard data
- Your watchlist, arcade progress and saved settings
- Your community links (Telegram and Discord access ends)
What is kept
Records of past payments are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting, then deleted. Public signal results are not personal data and stay on the track record.
How long it takes
Requests are handled within 30 days, and you get an email when it is done. No sign-in? Email hello@cashilor.com from the address you signed in with, or tell us the wallet address you used.
