🧭 Retest BOT
TestingCompass Engine · Breakout retests · 1hChasing a breakout is how most traders buy the top. The Compass Engine never enters on the break: it waits for the market to break a real level on rising volume, hold the new ground, and come BACK to the level, and only when that retest holds does the call exist. Old resistance becoming new support is one of the most repeated structures in crypto, and this bot trades nothing else.
The rules it runs, in plain language
- Within the last day, a 1 hour candle closed beyond the prior 7 day extreme on at least 1.5x average volume, and every close since then held the new side of the level.
- Once a breakout has held and price comes back to the level, the coin shows up above as a prospective setup. It only becomes a trade if the retest candle closes and holds.
- The signal candle taps the broken level and closes back on the right side of it, the retest hold. That close is the entry, never the breakout candle itself.
- Stop goes 1% behind the flipped level, target is half the old range's width beyond it. Tight invalidation or no trade: risk outside 0.15% to 4% of entry, or reward to risk under 1.5, and the scan skips it.
- Same discipline as every Cashilor test bot: weekend and BTC mid-range stand-down, 2 new calls per heartbeat maximum, 3 open at once, 24 hour cooldown per coin, 72 hour time stop.
TESTING means the record above is built live, call by call, wins and losses alike, with no backfill. The bot graduates to auto deploy only if the record earns it. Research signals, not financial advice; markets are risky and past results never promise future ones.
